The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join our team!
Our upcoming community, The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, will be accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our community providing Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Schedule: Monday- Friday, Weekend Manager on Duty and Holiday Rotation Required. Wage: $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience. Are you compassionate towards others? Our Director of Marketing becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing the community marketing plan to increase revenue. Additionally, this position requires ongoing evaluation of current practice and procedure within the marketing department and the discretion to make improvements as needed. Duties include:
