Job OverviewThe Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, administering and governing incentive-based compensation programs for T-Mobile's frontline workforce in our Consumer organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with HR, Commissions, HR Operations, Field Leadership and other cross-functional teams to design competitive, compliant and cost-effective incentive plans that drive performance in retail, care and field channels. Key accountabilities include market research and pay-plan architecture, end-to-end incentive program design, governance and communications, and the day-to-day operations and reporting for frontline incentive compensation. ** The preferred location is Overland Park, KS, but we are also open to Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) ** Job Requirements: Support compensation program and process design, management, and analysis in a variety of ways which may include:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
