We're looking for a curious, collaborative, and impact-obsessed Senior Finance Manger to join us.You'll partner with teams across the enterprise to shape strategy through data. This isn't just about dashboards. It's about connecting dots to surface insights and accelerate results across the business. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office. * Partner with FP&A teams to identify business needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into analytical deliverables that satisfy a broad range of stakeholders * Investigate issues with relentless curiosity; answer "why", not just "what", to drive business transformation * Support operational and financial reporting rhythms through data curation, automation, and ad hoc analysis * Build models, frameworks, and visualizations that clarify outcomes and help leaders take action Education and Work Experience:

Travel: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
