The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.**The Commercial Marketing Manager - Offers Management at T-Mobile is a key contributor to driving customer acquisition and business growth through the development and execution of compelling offers within the Postpaid portfolio. This role requires a strategic and analytical marketer with strong business acumen, and the ability to translate customer and competitive insights into high-impact promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of device offers-including planning, go-to-market execution, and in-market optimization-while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to ensure operational feasibility and business performance. This position demands a results-driven self-starter capable of navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Success in this role requires a strong blend of cross-functional leadership and go-to-market execution Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
