Allina Health is seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead our expanding retail and specialty pharmacy operations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin, USA. Retail and specialty pharmacy is a strategic priority for Allina Health and represents a key growth engine for our organization. This rare leadership opportunity is available due to the retirement of a long-standing and respected pharmacy leader, creating a unique opening for the right candidate to step into a well-established, high-impact role. You will provide vision and direction for this evolving service line-leading operational excellence and driving its continued expansion. Key Position Details: As Pharmacy Director - Retail and Specialty Pharmacy, you will lead system-wide operations across 13 and soon to be 16 retail and specialty pharmacy locations. Reporting to the Chief Pharmacy and Laboratory Officer, you will oversee a team of 250+ pharmacy professionals, including four managers, a prescription assistance program supervisor, and a pharmacy buyer.

Pay Range Pay Range: $84.99 to $117.59 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education.
