We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Marathon City, WI

Join our dynamic and collaborative marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a key role in driving our brand's online presence and campaign performance. This position focuses on developing and executing digital strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to help us reach new audiences and deepen engagement with our current customers.

Job Duties:


  • Plan and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social, SEO, SEM, email).
  • Conduct keyword research, manage on-page SEO, and build internal link strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments to align content and marketing initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
  • Recommend improvements to digital layouts, calls-to-action, and user experience.
  • Use marketing automation and A/B testing tools to improve lead generation and nurturing.
  • Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance (CAN-SPAM, digital privacy laws).
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign spend.

  • Occasional travel for conferences, trade shows, or team events


Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Ability to read and interpret screen-based materials
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for meetings and collaboration
  • Occasional lifting of lightweight items (such as a laptop or presentation materials)
  • Occasional travel for trade shows, conferences, or team meetings


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on work in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • 5+ years of experience with a strong track record in lead generation and campaign success preferred.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and HubSpot preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and A/B testing tools preferred.
