General Summary of Position Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end grant development process. Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline grant development operations. Possesses a strong background in operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving positive change. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Designs and produces custom reports as required by the needs of Philanthropy Operations; remains up-to date on the capacity of all standard CRM reports and revises as needed.Fosters collaboration with program managers, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive grant operations.Provides grant development support including: proposal management, identifying/analyzing information needed for proposals, convening meetings with clinicians/researchers/administrators engaged in the grant process, writing and editing, assistance in obtaining supportive documents often needed for grants such as bios, board information, 990s, and assistance with the grant submission process.Networks locally, regionally, and nationally to remain current on sources in the field of grants. Keeps current with publications pertinent to available funding sources and legislation.Manages assigned grants toward goal achievement, including generation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; compiles and presents statistical reports for past and current year revenue.Develops and implements systems for tracking grant deliverables, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements.Undertakes special projects and assignments as directed.Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and hospital in community outreach efforts. Participates in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement teams.
Minimum Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree In business, philanthropy, healthcare or other related field preferred

Experience
- 5-7 years Experience in data/information management and report generation with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency and dependability.

- Highly proficient in CRM management.
- Previous experience creating reports utilizing advanced functions and formulas in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills; ability to convey concepts and procedures.
