WehaveanexcitingpositionopenforaPressTechnician.PressMaintenancewilloverseetheinstallation,operation,andmaintenanceofindustrialequipment,mainlyinjectionmoldingpresses.AsPressMaintenance,youwillberesponsibleforensuringthesmoothoperationofmachineryandequipment.Thiswillincludeinstallingnewequipment,performingregularpreventivemaintenanceservices,andtroubleshootingequipmentbreakdowns.

ToensuresuccessasaPressMaintenanceTechnician,youshouldhaveadvancedmechanicalknowledgeofindustrialmachinery,excellenttroubleshootingskills,andgoodtimemanagementskills.Ultimately,atop-classPressMaintenanceTechnicianboostsproductionbyensuringallproductionequipmentfunctionscorrectlyandreceivesregularmaintenance.

• Readingandinterpretingelectrical,hydraulic,andmechanicalblueprints.
• Helpdevelop/improvepreventivemaintenanceprogramstominimizedowntimeandextendequipmentlife.

• Performadvancedtechnicalrepairstorestoremachinehealthandoverseemajormaintenanceworkonpressequipmentasneededtoensureoptimalperformanceandreliability.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams:production,quality,andengineering,toidentifyandresolvepressequipment-relatedissues.
• Fabricatingpartsforrepairsandmachineupgrades.
• Conductingroutinemaintenanceandsafetychecks.
