What you will do:

Reporting to the Director of Americas Regions and Markets, you will be responsible for supporting an impactful and inspiring communication strategy that enables a positive employee experience and drives business growth for our Americas region.

As a proactive and trusted strategic communications partner, you will help build the communications capabilities of our leaders, strengthen leadership visibility across the regions and markets, and ensure our field team has a greater understanding of our business goals and how to action them to better serve our customers and accelerate our growth.

How you will do it:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Provide valuable communications counsel to key Americas sub-regional leadership, influencing their business initiatives and priorities.

  • Support a network of Americas market general managers through consistent communication deliverables, coaching, best practices and employee engagement strategies.

  • Collaborate with functions across the enterprise to support leadership capability development and deliver meaningful communications for improved business outcomes.

Communication Effectiveness

  • Focus on understanding the business landscape and dynamics to tailor communication strategies and develop compelling content that advances business objectives and builds culture.

  • Develop and implement communication plans aligned with regional and enterprise goals to build awareness, engage employees and drive new behaviors.

  • Curate and manage content from various stakeholders, evolving communication approaches to meet the needs of diverse employee personas.

  • Create resources to amplify core company messaging as well as develop toolkits to ensure content consistency that aligns with enterprise messaging and strategies.

  • Evaluate and promote innovative communication channels to expand reach and impact.

  • Deliver timely, relevant and valuable information that clearly informs, inspires and empowers.

Leadership Visibility

  • Support Americas leadership visibility and strategy enablement through regular communication channels and events, including meeting presentations, town halls, email/newsletters, enterprise social, org announcements, etc.

  • Embrace change management and transformative thinking.

  • Partner with marketing, public relations and social media to create integrated campaigns that help leaders improve their brand internally and externally.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Identify the KPIs of most value to the business.

  • Lead the development and implementation of measurement best practices and data collection to inform communication strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Standardize and increase visibility of communication metrics to evaluate content impact, reach and channel effectiveness.

What we look for:

Required

  • Proven experience in corporate communications with 3-5 years of experience.

  • Adept at synthesizing information and developing creative, visually appealing content that engages the audience and drives action.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into communication strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with communication tools, platforms and measurement methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Communications experience with global or matrixed organization.

This is a hybrid role at our Glendale, WI office, requiring three days of in-office presence and allowing two days of remote work each week.
