What You'll Do

* Operate overhead and straddle cranes safely.

* Set up and level unit bases using laser levels.

* Install perimeter angles, walls, roofs, and trim with minimal supervision.

* Perform finish caulking and follow construction manuals.

* Verify correct components and complete JRM documentation.

* Use Shop Floor Viewer and QMS manuals to access drawings and instructions.

* Maintain productivity and adhere to safety and ethical standards.

What You Bring

* Ability to accurately read a tape measure - Required

* At least 6 months of residential or commercial construction experience

* Ability to read and write in English

* High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness

Work Environment & Physical Demands

* Moderate noise level typical of a construction setting.

* Regular use of hands, frequent sitting, occasional standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).

* Visual focus and adaptability required.
