*Description*
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the IT In Park Revenue & Operations/Guest Arrival Team. Candidates must be local to Orlando and willing to come onsite in a hybrid fashion- three days onsite, two days remote. This could very well change to five days onsite per a potential RTO and candidates must be okay with this on the front end. This person will be responsible for the daily duties of a BA who will need to be accustomed to working in a fast paced, high energy environment that also follows the agile methodology. This person will be splitting most all projects with the other senior BA on the team currently, so they should have experience wearing multiple hats and being a true team player - picking up the slack as needed (as an example, if testing is behind, stepping in and getting in the weeds there). On a day to day, this person will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating user stories, documentation, working with stakeholders and development teams, etc. ADO (Azure DevOps) is the primary project tracking tool that is used in the environment, so proficiency with this is a major nice to have, although high expertise within Jira will suffice (they still utilize Jira a little bit, but more for just tracking tickets). The ideal candidate must have a strong understand of development processes and needs, having been immersed within a true SDLC environment before and worked hand in hand with a team of developers. The ability to explicitly document clear and concise requirements (both functional and non-functional) is critical to the success of the projects at stake and what is needed for this environment in general. *Overview:* The Business Analyst plays an integral role from concept to closure of high profile projects. The Business Analyst focuses on gathering, understanding, analyzing and managing business requirements, and converting them into useable system specifications and communicate those so that IT team members can gave a clear understanding of the business need. The Business Analyst strives in providing more detailed project objectives; business needs, business analysis; structured, clear, useable requirements; requirement feasibility and risk analysis; tradeoff analysis; and cost-benefit analysis. *High Level Responsibilities* 1. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery team to ensure viable solutions are delivered 2. Understand needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate negotiation into one project scope 3. Build business relationships both across the enterprise and within the technology team 4. Identify current and future state business processes and become subject matter expert 5. Lead design/requirements review meetings. 6. Assist with daily stand-ups, grooming sessions and other Scrum ceremonies with the delivery team 7. Follow PMO best practices and create necessary artifacts for project facilitation 8. Translate requirements into functional documents such as RFP, use cases and wire frames to help the business envision the future state and define scope 9. Participate in system deployments and providing hands-on support during hypercare periods 10. Evaluate vendors and help ensure their solutions are viable for successful in deployments 11. Develop system test plans, objectives, and cases/scripts and participate in testing activities (when needed) 12. Track issues, risks and action items to resolution 13. Assist in triaging support issues and participate in system outage resolutions 14. Manage a list of enhancements and help facilitate improvements to existing solutions *Project* Requirements Elicitation 1. Gather project requirements from Business Stakeholders. 2. Hospitality and/or theme park experience is a nice to have. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
