The Senior Financial Analyst with Total Facility Solutions located in Plano, TX is responsible for providing advanced financial analysis and operational support to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, with the ability to manage complex financial models and collaborate cross-functionally. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, thus an analytical mindset and keen eye for detail are key competencies.

• Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial budgeting and forecasting at a project level and cost center level, using heavily formula-driven excel files.
• Assist with month-end accounting close process, including cost review and analysis, preparing journal entries, revenue recognition, calculation of loss projects, and month end results estimates.
• Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and entry of financial reporting to company consolidation system.
• Assist with management reporting for both the Legal Entity and the Business Line.
• Continuously seek improvements to accounting procedures and financial reporting processes.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting to support decision-making and identify trends or issues.
• Provide ad hoc financial support to project teams and various levels of company management, as required.
• Support both internal and external audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
• 7-10 years' relevant experience
• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Sumif, Vlookup, nested formulas with multiple layers) and a solid foundation in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial consolidation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
