Content Scheduling Associate - 1+ yrs experience Summary The Content Strategy & Programming team develops release strategies for a leading streaming platform's original content. We are looking for a Content Scheduling Associate to support the development and communication of content rollout plans. This role will contribute to optimizing content performance and viewer engagement through data-driven scheduling strategies. Our Ideal Candidate
Job Description In this role, you will support the content scheduling process by maintaining and updating release calendars, communicating scheduling changes to internal teams, and tracking performance data to inform rollout strategies. You'll partner with production, post-production, and marketing teams to align timing across functions and provide insights on scheduling optimizations. This includes attending production meetings, analyzing competitive release trends, and suggesting adjustments to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also assist with long-term and ad-hoc scheduling projects, ensuring the overall success of the content programming team. Education and Experience
