Are you a hard worker that takes pride in helping others? We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Carpentry Helper to join our client's growing team in crafting high-end custom wood flooring, stair treads, and architectural wood components. Whether you're experienced in carpentry or eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Carry and transport wood planks, buckets of glue, and tools to installers on job sites
  • Help set up, clean up, and maintain safe work areas
  • Use basic hand tools under the supervision of installers
  • Lift 25-40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team assistance
  • Work outdoors or in buildings under construction, sometimes without climate control
  • Follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times
