Certification: Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License (Preferred)

Pay: Pay will range from $29.00/hr. to $33.00/hr. based on technical training. There will be an additional hourly fringe benefit added to your base pay.

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description

  We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable Mechanical/Plumbing Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems within our facilities. This role involves the inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and code compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing issues, replacing faulty components, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with building management systems (BMS), and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

  
  

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position

• Utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and structural layout.
• Familiar with DDC control systems.
• This job will also require familiarity with general maintenance, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
