Responsibilities A leader within the Compliance & Audit Department in the areas of incident resolution and prevention, audit, policy development, risk assessment, regulatory research and work plan projects. The incumbent is responsible for management of assigned internal compliance investigations and audits, including but not limited to, those related to high risk activities such as coding, reimbursement and quality concerns; recommends and oversees corrective action plans and education. The incumbent will also assist with the review and resolution of conflict of interest, regulatory matters, and may assist with privacy related incident investigation or documentation. The incumbent is a critical-thinker, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and perform independent research, factual analysis of compliance matters and create proposed solutions to root causes.
