Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced L&D Manager (P3) to join our L&D Partnering team. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with the business to implement learning and development initiatives to support the growth and success of Brokerage professionals.

A key focus of this role is to drive the JLLU program, a crucial people development initiative aimed at fostering the growth, engagement, and retention of early career talent within our US Leasing Advisory population.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the L&D Partner for Leasing Advisory, US Leasing Advisory HR Partners, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose solutions to address them.
  • Drive, deliver, and program manage US Leasing Advisory L&D programs (i.e., JLLU, Building Future Leaders, Mentoring, Sales Programming, etc).
  • Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, administration, and evaluation.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive technical and soft skills training in partnership with SMEs.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Lead core project-based team meetings and SME preparation sessions.
  • Handle internal program communications for stakeholders and participants.
  • Assess program impact, generate analytics reports on program outcomes and participant feedback to inform future programming and strategy.
  • Serve as an L&D expert, sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business line needs.
  • Influence and align stakeholders to the business line talent plan to leverage enterprise L&D products (i.e., L&D Nominations process, ad-hoc requests, etc).
  • Collaborate and lend L&D support to Canada and LatAm based Leasing Advisory teams and HR Partners.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on Leasing
  • Expert in stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Outstanding emotionally intelligent communicator who can engage and inspire audiences
  • Proven program manager with ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Self-directed professional who thrives both independently and in team settings
  • Resourceful problem solver with a solution-oriented approach
  • Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Track record of creating engaging, interactive learning programs and materials
  • Experience in designing and developing engaging and interactive learning programs, courses, and training materials
  • Proficient in the use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

92,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
