Location Pensacola, FL - Pensacola, FL 32501 US (Primary) Category Information Technology Job Description Our team in Pensacola, FL has an opening for a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Local Registration Authority (LRA) Technician supporting the PKI operational processes for users aboard MSC ships worldwide. Primary responsibilities include: * Assist in appointing Trusted Agents (TA) at various remote command locations to help PKI certificate issuance and * Ensure TAs have been designated in writing by the official authority and have received necessary training * Collect, verify, and submit information provided by potential subscribers to register, revoke and enroll users of SIPRNET PKI certificates * Coordinate with individuals to control the registration process and validate the identification of users * Track, document, and file auditable information/documentation in accordance with NSS, NSA, and NCMS inspection requirements * Properly maintain and update required IA and PKI legal documents to ensure signed for auditing purposes * Routinely review MSC and Navy policies, procedures, and regulatory changes that can impact operations and functionality Job Requirements * Must possess current IAT II certification, including an appropriate Computing Environment certification, in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M * Must have at least 5 years of progressive IT experience * Must have experience in the PKI community (additional training provided) * Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to resolve issues in a customer-facing position Security Clearance Secret Job Type Full-time StratasCorp provides a complete compensation package with competitive wages and benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA & HSA accounts, disability and other income protection benefits, life insurance, paid personal time-off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401K Saving Plan with a company matching contribution.
