AMA is always seeking Aerospace and Aviation Professionals! Enclosed is a

partial list of job titles and skill sets we routinely seek out:

Aerospace Engineers:

Responsible for designing, developing, and testing aircraft, spacecraft, and related systems. Apply scientific and engineering principles to create, improve, and maintain these systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities may include research, analysis, testing, and development of new technologies. Researches, designs, develops, and tests structures, propulsion units, and guidance and control subsystems for aircraft, missiles, or spacecraft. Performs risk assessment of aerospace systems and generates risk mitigation plans and strategies. BS + 8-10 years or MS + 6-8 years or PhD + 3-5 years

Data Scientists:

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover patterns and insights, ultimately leading to data-driven decision-making and solutions for business challenges. Use a variety of technical and analytical skills, including machine learning, statistical analysis, and programming, to extract valuable information from data and make predictions. Gathering data from various sources and ensuring its quality and accuracy. Using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights. BS + 8-10 years or MS + 6-8 years PhD + 3-5 years

Materials Engineers:

Responsible for designing, developing, and testing materials for specific applications. Research material properties, select appropriate materials for products, and ensure materials meet performance and cost requirements. Materials engineers may also work on new product development, fault diagnosis, and quality control. Work with engineers, scientists, and technicians to ensure materials meet technical specifications and industry standards. Oversee quality control processes, monitor raw materials, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. BS + 5-7 years or MS + 3-5 years PhD + 0-2 years

Program Management Analysts:

Examine program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions. Analyze data, identify trends, and use statistics to support recommendations. Contribute to the development and evaluation of policies, procedures, and guidelines. Present findings and recommendations to management, often collaborating with other departments. Involved in implementing new procedures and systems to enhance efficiency. Provide training and support to other staff on new processes or procedures. May be involved with budgetary and financial management, particularly in long-range planning. BS + 5-7 years MS + 3-5 years or PhD 0-2 + years
