This opportunity is in the Client Engagement department.

The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer.

Role Description:

As a Revenue Optimization Manager, you'll be a critical driver of enterprise revenue strategy at Safety National. In this dynamic, highly visible role, you'll collaborate closely with sales, broker relations, and data teams to monitor revenue metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and enhance revenue operations through analytics, process improvements, and systems optimization. You'll use tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to create dashboards, lead reporting initiatives, and guide forecasting efforts. You'll also partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove friction from the sales and renewal lifecycle and drive actionable, data-informed decision-making. Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's and/or graduate degree in a business or analytical-related field (e.g., Business, Finance/Accounting, or Data Science) is required.

Required Qualifications:



  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • 5 or more years of progressive experience in revenue, sales, marketing, business operations, business analytics, or a similar field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in analytical reporting and data visualization; experience with CRM reporting and business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced proficiency in Excel required).
  • Deep understanding of business concepts related to sales, marketing, and insurance operations (commercial insurance industry experience preferred).
  • Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in user training, onboarding, and UX enhancement in Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
