Responsibilities

Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and outpatient services program located in Portland, Oregon. We are part of Universal Health Services, a Fortune 500 healthcare organization with over 400 acute care and behavioral health locations in the U.S.

We are currently looking for a Military Services Program Manager to provide leadership for the Military Services Program, ensuring that the delivery of services meets the needs of the community, are in alignment with hospital goals and provide patients with high quality care. Duties include oversight for military services operations including clinical services, transportation coordination, intake and assessment, and utilization review. This position supports patients through their length of treatment by collaborating with multi-disciplinary treatment teams, communicating and coordinating with referral sources, bases, patients transitioning into and out of the program and outside providers.


Qualifications

  • Military experience is required
  • Master's degree in social work, or related mental health field preferred, Bachelor Degree required
  • Licensure in social work or a clinical related mental health field is preferred.
  • May be required to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel from time to time.

New employees are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
