SCOPE OF POSITION The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Internship is a part-time paid internship starting in Autumn 2025. The program is designed for students to gain real-world experience by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignments and exposing them to various areas within the Supply Chain area. Associates will complete work assignments to support Supply Chain functions such as Corporate Indirect Procurement, Corporate/Business Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Corporate Logistics/Transportation Services, and Operations/Warehouse Materials Management. This internship will provide associates an opportunity to gain better knowledge and experiences across multiple Supply Chain functions. Beyond the "learn by doing" training structure, our program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior Supply Chain leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meeting with program leaders. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program with a Supply Chain or related major Currently enrolled in the Autumn 2025 Applied Procurement Course at Marquette University GPA of 3.2 or higher Ability to travel up to 20% INTERPERSONAL / LEADERSHIP SKILLS Self-starter, desire to learn and contribute Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team Good oral and written communication skills Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and handle yourself professionally About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
