We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Global Process Owner-Warehouse & Distribution supporting the WMS Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:

• Oversee software systems that enable daily warehouse operations and operational data analytics reporting.

• Develop and implement strategies for smooth and efficient system functioning.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize software performance.

• Oversee data entry, monitor systems, and generate reports to support operational decision-making.

• Apply advanced knowledge and experience to achieve objectives and drive results.

• Make operational decisions for your projects.

• Impact the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse software systems, contributing to overall business performance.

• Ensuring warehouse processes are optimized to account for all Alcon processes.

• Standardize warehouse operations and functions where possible so the processes are harmonized globally.

• Create local-level customization matrixes with MANH software during global build, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure compliance and testing of all processes to meet user requirements.

• Collaborate with all Subject Matter Experts at the Distribution centers within the scope of the WMS deployment.

• Ensure all sites within scope are ready for Go-Live and have the processes and materials as well as training set-up.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 7 Years of Relevant Experience

• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring goals are met through self-directed work and supervision

• Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities to optimize project outcomes.
