Our growing Matthews, NC clinic and Charlotte in-home programs are looking for a Clinical Director (BCBA, LBA) to help us expand services, support our clinical team, and bring outstanding care to more families in the Charlotte region.

What You'll Do:

Lead our Matthews clinic and in-home ABA services across Charlotte
Provide clinical supervision for a talented team of BCBAs and RBTs
Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth of your team
Oversee clinical quality and ensure excellence in service delivery
Help grow the clinic-expanding services and client reach
Cover a small caseload (as needed), filling in during staff leaves or high-need times
Step in to help complete assessments and start services when needed-teamwork makes the dream work!

Models and trains staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology.

What You Bring:

BCBA and NC LBA (required)
3-5+ years of experience providing ABA services, including staff supervision
Leadership experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting strongly preferred
Passion for helping clinicians grow and thrive
A collaborative, positive attitude-no ego, just excellence
A growth mindset and desire to build something great in Charlotte

Doctoral or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or related discipline
