This is a 2-month (with possibility of extension), full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Santa Monica, CA.
Summary We're seeking a contract Manager of Streaming Marketing to support a fast-paced, creatively driven marketing team. This role will focus on short-form content strategy, creator partnerships, and track-based campaigns aimed at growing audience engagement and streaming performance. You'll report to a senior marketing leader and collaborate cross-functionally with teams ranging from project management to digital strategy.
Our Ideal Candidate
2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or music/entertainment marketing
Passion for music, digital culture, and content strategy with a strong foundation in campaign execution and performance analytics
Proficient in social media platforms, creator/influencer ecosystems, and marketing reporting tools
Familiar with digital advertising trends, audience engagement metrics, and creator marketing best practices
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, artists, and talent teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
Flexible and adaptable to fast-moving content cycles and emerging opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Curious, proactive, and confident in surfacing creative ideas and strategic insights
Job Description
In this role, you will develop and execute streaming and track-driven marketing campaigns to increase visibility and engagement across short-form platforms.
You'll partner with creators, internal marketing leads, artist teams, and data/reporting analysts to develop innovative strategies that grow audiences and optimize catalog visibility. This includes campaign tracking, content calendar planning, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.
You will also help maintain short-form platform audience development, liaise with external partners and artists, and support campaign reporting and insights sharing.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Background in music, entertainment, influencer strategy, or creative/digital agency environments

This opportunity is located in Santa Monica, CA and requires hybrid work (Monday-Thursday onsite, Fridays remote). Summer Fridays end at 1pm, workload permitting.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35.00 - $39.30 per hour.
