* Collect and analyze intelligence data from various sources including open source, classified, and internal/external databases. * Develop comprehensive intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights. * Monitor and evaluate emerging threats and trends to provide timely and accurate intelligence assessments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into operational planning and decision-making processes. * Maintain and update intelligence databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. * Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential threats. * Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in intelligence analysis. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 15+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or a related field. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources. * Proficiency in using intelligence databases, tools, and software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. * Security clearance: TS/SCI Desired Qualifications: * Experience with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), or Cyber Intelligence. * Foreign language proficiency. * Knowledge of global political and security issues. #LI-DB #MTSI #NOVASTAR Interesting Work: Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.
