Lipscomb Academy - High School Football Assistant Coach, Special Teams

Lipscomb Academy is seeking an assistant football coach to assist with special teams. This part time role is integral to player development, game planning, and the effective execution of special teams units.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  Aid in designing weekly special teams strategies

  
  
• Assist in drills for technique and ensure alignment with week's game plan
• Help track player participation and special team reps.
• Provide individualized feedback during and after practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community.
• Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
