- Act as a key liaison between the data insights team and organizational stakeholders to understand data needs, guide solution design, and implement effective analytics solutions.
- Oversee and refine processes for data governance that ensure data integrity, compliance, and accessibility for decision-making.
- Promote a data-driven culture, encourage teams to leverage insights to drive business decisions and innovation, and foster expertise in data storytelling, tool usage, and interpreting data trends to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve processes, systems, and analytics tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to translate business needs into application enhancements and facilitate a smooth delivery and adoption of workflows and tools.
- Support the design and execution of key projects by providing guidance on solution development and acting as a resource for escalations or complex problem-solving.
- Advocate for consistent use of analytics and business intelligence tools across the organization, reinforcing standards for reporting and data visualization.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4-5 years people management work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient with large-scale database/query platforms, ideally BigQuery.
- Strong programming experience in Python or SAS for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git/GitHub.
- Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build clear, compelling PowerPoint decks to present analytics insights and recommendations-both internal working sessions and executive-level presentations.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting.

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
