Software Developer & AI Integration Specialist (Educational Technology) Part-Time We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual for a part-time role specializing in software development, AI integration, and automation to enhance our adaptive learning pathways in educational technology.

Position Responsibilities:
|
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications focused on adaptive learning systems.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing educational platforms to personalize and enhance user experiences.
- Develop automation workflows to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with educators and technologists to understand requirements and ensure alignment with pedagogical objectives.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to ensure robust performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in adaptive learning, AI, and automation to continually enhance product offerings.

Experience & Educational Background:
|
- Master's in software development or AI.
- Experience in software development, particularly in web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Electron applications, Gitlab).
- Interest or prior experience in educational technology or adaptive learning solutions is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:
|
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and their integration into software platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in automation tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Salary Range:
|
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
