Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. The Imaging & Procedures Senior Director reports to the Vice President and Chief Clinical Operations Officer and is responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership for the Diagnostic Imaging, Procedure Suite, and Pulmonary departments in partnership with Medical Directors. This position requires strong leadership and judgment to ensure safety and excellence in a high-quality clinical care environment in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsible for the delivery of strategic objectives, growth goals, clinical service initiatives, sound financial performance, patient experience, provider and staff engagement, research and quality for the overall program. Collaborates effectively with leaders across Fred Hutch and our partner organizations to deliver on strategic initiatives and related projects. This position will be 1.0FTE/full-time, Monday-Friday. The annual base salary range for this position is from $186,888.00 to $311,459.20, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position will be 1.0FTE/full-time, Monday-Friday. This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
