Engineer III

• Performs tasks, building rounds as pertains to BHC facility.
• Staff will perform the following duties as directed by administrative staff in the Engineering department.
• Maintain building, inspect systems, and does repairs.
• Will also assist with rounding of building equipment and all other duties.
• Ability to compute ration and proportion, and percentage, to calculate surfaces, volume, weights and measures.
• Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Graduation from an accredited trade school in a related field is desirable and may substitute for up to two years' experience.
• Three to five years of mechanical experience in a commercial or healthcare facility
• Safe Day One is required and maybe attained within the first 6 months of employment at BHC.
• CHC is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must Have Valid Driver's Licenses
