UC Riverside's Housing Services is recruiting for the Housing Outreach Coordinator. The full salary range for the Housing Outreach Coordinator is $32.74 - $52.32 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $36.13 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

The primary role of the Housing Contracts team is to provide approximately 8,000 university students with a successful transition to campus and a living environment complementary to their academic careers, while meeting department fiduciary responsibilities and maintaining maximum facility occupancy levels. The Housing Outreach Coordinator provides and ensures responsive, consistent, and accurate customer service that support communication and outreach services and exemplary university reputation and are critical to both current and future revenue generation in excess of $90M. Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Housing Services for Administration, the Housing Outreach Coordinator uses professional concepts to apply Housing Services policies and procedures to coordinate ongoing administrative, customer relation, financial, analytical, and operational activities of moderate scope. Is responsible for customer service operations of the Housing Services Department via various communication media and in person with students, student families, university offices, external agencies, and the general public. Trains and supervises a student team of Housing Assistants to help ensure efficient and accurate communication of Housing Services information, including policies, procedures, and deadlines. Coordinates the residential tour program, as well as Housing outreach events and yield activities, utilizing the student Housing Assistants, and in partnership with various campus and Auxiliary Services staff. Manages the online off-campus housing program and associated activities. Provides back-up support to the Housing Contracts Coordinators for contract, assignment, billing and account reconciliation activities.
