How you can make a difference

The Sr Talent Partner develops and leads the specialized recruiting strategy to support operations and corporate business functions. This role will partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand the talent needs of the organization and work collaboratively to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This role will report to a Manager, Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing

    Manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process. Collaborate with leaders and the People Team to ensure effective job descriptions, screening & evaluation, and offer negotiations. Develop strong business acumen for assigned business functions to recruit and source high quality candidates.
  • Lead and program manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring.
  • Lead initiatives to promote and facilitate internal talent mobility.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels including CRM, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of top talent. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner with Talent Brand to promote HealthEquity as an employer of choice through social media and campaigns.
  • Leverage data to develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and sourcing efforts.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Provide training and support hiring managers and interviewing teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve experience, engagement, and efficiency.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Five years recruiting experience supporting high volume and corporate roles.
  • Previous program recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing passive sourcing strategies that attract diverse pipelines for current and future talent needs.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions.

Salary Range

$80,000 To $100,000 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
