How you can make a difference The Sr Talent Partner develops and leads the specialized recruiting strategy to support operations and corporate business functions. This role will partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand the talent needs of the organization and work collaboratively to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This role will report to a Manager, Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing
Manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process. Collaborate with leaders and the People Team to ensure effective job descriptions, screening & evaluation, and offer negotiations. Develop strong business acumen for assigned business functions to recruit and source high quality candidates.

#LI-Remote This is a remote position. Salary Range $80,000 To $100,000 / year Benefits & Perks The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
