We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Administration Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of architectural projects during the construction phase. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a high level of professionalism, and is eager to work collaboratively across disciplines. As a Construction Administration Project Coordinator, you will provide support, coordination and communications with all consultants, clients, contractors and staff.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and communication support to project teams during construction

  • Manage workload - prioritizing work, follow up of outstanding items, and ensuring deadlines are met

  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and timely deliverables

  • Support Construction Administration (CA) project phase including documentation, RFIs, submittals

  • Organize and maintain Document Control, records and file structures

  • Prepare professional-quality documents and correspondence

  • Upload and download items in Procore

  • Assistance with project closeout

  • Assistance with field reports

  • Attend OAC meetings

  • Assistance with architectural punch walks and generate punch lists

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator or other similar administrative role

  • Experience within an architecture or design firm (highly desired)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

  • High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Procore, proficiency in Power BI a plus

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter

  • Flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this role due to the client's security clearance requirement

**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated base salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 annually. This amount does not include annual bonuses + benefits.
