Job Summary: As the Employment Counselor for the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), your primary purpose is to assist participants who are faced with severe barriers to employment to move into the workforce and gain family-sufficiency. This position maintains an active case load and develops employer relationships for the purpose of job placements. This position will interact closely with internal team members, community resources, training & education partners, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring that program goals and measurements are accomplished through case management. Participants who are enrolled in the program live in Hennepin County.
