We're looking for a motivated and skilled Wastewater Engineer to become part of our innovative and collaborative team. If you have a strong technical foundation in wastewater treatment, collection systems, and related infrastructure, we want to hear from you!

  • Prepare engineering reports, technical memorandums, and permit applications
  • Assist with feasibility studies, cost estimates, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Support project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication
  • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction oversight as needed

  • 4+ years of experience in wastewater engineering design, including pump stations, collection systems, and treatment facilities
  • Proven experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; familiarity with HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, or other hydrology and hydraulics modeling software is a plus
  • EIT certification preferred; ability to obtain or retain PE licensure is strongly desired
  • Solid understanding of industry standards, regulations, and permitting processes related to wastewater infrastructure

This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds-collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week. We're committed to supporting work-life balance while maintaining strong team connection and project delivery.
