We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented early career professional to join our Community Development team in our White River Junction, VT office beginning in December-an ideal opportunity for December 2025 graduates! Work as a member of a team on projects including land development; urban infill and redevelopment, municipal projects, mixed-use commercial/residential, educational facilities, permitting, and more. Key Responsibilities Design site layout, grading, utilities, and erosion & sediment controls Design stormwater management systems Assist in preparing design drawings and reports Conduct fieldwork for site assessments and data collection Oversee construction activities and ensure project compliance Assist in the preparation and writing of permits Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with construction oversight is a plus! EIT registration preferred Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus!
