We are actively seeking a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to join our team at Pacific Life.

The Senior Learning Systems Administrators are responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's learning system technology to deliver online training to internal and/or external customers. Assists with data migrations, working with IT and outside vendor/s to test and troubleshoot systems issues; supports development of processes, content generation and loading; maintains training and user profile records; coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for learning events. Serves as a subject matter expert, training the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments and reports. Develops user training policies, tests and evaluates new features or upgrades, and coordinates activities between vendors and IT to manage the learning system/s.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
