Do you have a passion for helping others and building strong relationships? Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a reputable company in Ruston, LA. This is a great opportunity to bring your office-based customer service experience to a team that values professionalism and client care.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $45,000+ per year (based on experience and certifications)

Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage or assist with personal lines accounts
  • Schedule appointments and maintain client follow-ups
  • Prepare insurance applications and related documents
  • Obtain, review, and present quotes
  • Verify policies, request endorsements, and handle renewals
  • Assist with managing claims and related inquiries



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
  • Relevant certifications preferred, but not required
