Nurse Practitioner - NICU

Your Role With Us

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate neonatal nurse practitioner to become a vital part of our experienced NICU team. Our 27-bed Level III NICU is a place of both cutting-edge care and heartfelt connection. We practice a Family Integrated Care (FIC) model, where parents are not just welcomed but empowered to be active participants in their baby's journey, with the full support of a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team.

Required Qualifications

  • Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon.
  • Hold a current, unencumbered license by the Oregon Board of Nursing as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Current certification by the National Certification Corporation as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Maintenance of current NRP instructor certification
  • Possess a Master's Degree or higher in Nursing, or in a field deemed to be equivalent by the Oregon Board of Nursing.
  • Applicants for initial appointment must be able to demonstrate clinical experience as an NNP during the past 24 months or demonstrate successful completion of an accredited NNP program within the past 12 months.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner preferred
