The Area Product Owner for Supply Chain Concurrent Engineering drives the integration of sub-program management, product manufacturing, manufacturing test, sourcing, and resource pipeline management within a concurrent engineering framework. By leveraging Jira, the APO ensures alignment, transparency, and efficiency across cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality products faster and more cost-effectively. Candidates with expertise in Jira, concurrent engineering, supply chain processes, and resource management, combined with strong collaboration and leadership skills, will excel in this role. As part of the team, you will:
- Drive integration of sub-program management, product manufacturing, sourcing, and resource pipeline management within a concurrent engineering framework.
- Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog to ensure timely task allocation and alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring team resources are effectively allocated to critical deliverables.
- Monitor and resolve blockers across cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and communication.
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards to visualize key metrics and enhance transparency for stakeholders.
- Analyze feedback and incomplete items during retrospectives, proposing actionable improvements.
- Coordinate resource management, forecasting personnel needs, and ensuring optimal allocation based on project demands.
- Engage with stakeholders to share progress updates, risks, and strategies through effective communication channels.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Expertise in Jira (dashboards, workflows, backlog management)
- Experience in Agile project management, particularly in hybrid environments
- Strong resource and pipeline planning skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Certifications such as CSPO, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma
- Basic understanding of radio products
