Senior Project Manager - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our PacWest Team, directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging Corporate Interior projects for a financial services client. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring successful project delivery from strategy through closeout for projects ranging from $1M to $30M+. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of projects including strategy, programming, design, scheduling, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution, and close out
  • Develop high-level estimates and schedules incorporating benchmarking tools and vendor quotes as part of overall strategy and business case
  • Prepare project updates, identifying and communicating risks early while providing solutions to meet client-driven schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards
  • Act as primary contact with clients throughout project duration, from programming through construction close out
  • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain master project schedules while managing performance against milestones for multiple projects
Required Qualifications
  • 7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors
  • Experience managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $1M to $30M+ in size
  • Ability to manage 5-10 projects simultaneously
  • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and Bluebeam software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.
  • Experience in managing complex high-end/high-touch Corporate Interior projects
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Experience reading construction plans and identifying potential concerns or hidden costs
  • Experience developing detailed project budgets based on historical and market data
  • Experience with RFP development and vendor selection processes
  • Experience implementing innovative project management strategies and methodologies

Estimated total compensation for this position:

145,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
