Overview We are seeking a RN House Supervisor, sometimes referred to as a Hospital House Supervisor or Clinical House Supervisor. The RN House Supervisor will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient clinical operations across the entire hospital. This RN Supervisor as the administrative representative of hospital leadership when management is off-site. The RN House Supervisor will ensure that staffing, patient care, crisis response, and interdepartmental coordination are handled without interruption. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
