Position Overview:

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the commercialization strategy for the next generation aortic arch stent graft portfolio at Artivion- including both hybrid and fully endovascular devices. You will be responsible for leading product marketing activities for device programs across development, clinical trial, and commercial launch phases. You will work closely with surgeon customer stakeholders to gather and synthesize feedback, ensuring customer needs are effectively captured and translated to the internal cross functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. The right candidate will be naturally collaborative, customer- centric, and able to manage the shifting priorities of multiple projects in a highly visible role within the organization.

Position Responsibilities:



  1. Collaborate heavily and assume a leadership role within the Endo Arch, TAAA, and Bridging Stent cross functional core teams, providing product marketing support in meeting key project milestones and deliverables.
  2. Develop and execute voice of customer and market research initiatives to inform product pipeline and drive commercial requirements (customer, product, business needs).
  3. Interface regularly with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia to better understand and deliver on customer needs.
  4. Partner closely with key opinion leaders to anticipate the future market environment, changes in trends, competitive landscape, and to predict/drive future needs.
  5. Support trial site selection, training, and engagement throughout clinical trials.
  6. Develop and manage KOL cardiac and vascular surgeon relationships for the product portfolio.
  7. Collaborate with U.S. Sales Leadership in developing a commercialization plan and integrated marketing plan for the Endovascular Aortic portfolio.
  8. Develop training and marketing materials to prepare for commercial launch.
  9. Manage a marketing budget quarterly and execute as defined in the marketing plan.
  10. Illustrate project management expertise.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in area such as business, engineering, or life-sciences.
  • 8+ years experience in medical industry. Previous product management experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery space preferred.
  • Strong clinical acumen, and ability to come up to speed quickly on new products and disease states.
  • Proven ability to conduct opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap development, along with strong experience in VOC research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to plan and execute market research initiatives as well as synthesize market and customer insights.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working closely with a range of cross-functional business partners.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Highly collaborative and consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional success.
