SUMMARY: The Creative Director will serve as GP on one or more assigned accounts responsible for strategic account planning and growth, service delivery/service excellence, and overall client satisfaction. In addition, the Creative Director will work across segments and practices with other GP Strategies team members to broaden conversations within client accounts and create additional revenue opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Exceptional writing and research skills (a journalistic, curious mindset) * Automotive retail and training background * Modern media creation savvy * Accomplished PowerPoint presentation design visual storytelling and concepting skills
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactively driving service excellence and quality within the service line offerings being delivered to the client. * Responsible for day- to-day service delivery/service excellence/project management across a number of complex projects in simultaneous operation. Serve as day-to-day contact and initial point of escalation for client inquiries pertaining to current projects and workstreams. * Oversee and manage internal team and projects in planning and execution phases, to ensure quality and timeliness of delivery and that resources are adequate
