 Join Arcfield's rapidly expanding team of Cyber professionals! We are seeking talented Mid-level Cloud Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSE), to provide critical Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for a prestigious National customer. Note: An offer for this position is contingent upon contract award.  
 In this role, working under only general directions, you'll contribute to enhancing the Information Assurance (IA) posture through: 
 
  IA ManagementFederal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) coordination and reportingRisk Management Framework (RMF) applicationIA compliance measurements and metricsAssessment and Authorization (A&A)Vulnerability ManagementCyber Defense support 
 Daily Tasks include, but are not limited to: 
 
  Supporting analytical and technical security recommendations to the customerSupporting the identification of projects' security requirementsSupporting security recommendations for systems using Cloud servicesSupporting network design reviews and security testing for the customer's networksSupporting the coordination with system development teams to ensure network security standards are being followed and implemented correctlySupporting additional security requirements, based on RMF or as the result of security issues that put the customer's systems at riskSupporting the review and analysis of new systems (hardware and software) and providing recommendations concerning their securitySupporting the review of Security Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs), System Security Plans (SSPs) and other IA documentation for completeness Qualifications
 
 
 Required: 
 BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2Must possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with PolyAble to support customer's core hours (0900-1500; Mon - Fri)Excellent communications skills - Verbal and Non-VerbalDemonstrated: 
 
  Experience supporting security engineering to cloud capabilities and solutions in AWS, Azure or other mainstream CSPExperience with networking protocols and conceptsExperience with software defined networking principles and technologiesExperience with security engineering support to capability migration from on-prem to cloudKnowledge of the NIST RMFKnowledge and experience in cybersecurity principlesExperience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems  Desired 
 Demonstrated Understanding of:
