We are seeking talented Mid-level Risk Management Framework - IA Trainer to provide critical Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for a prestigious National customer. Note: An offer for this position is contingent upon contract award.  
 In this role, working under only general directions, you'll contribute to enhancing the Information Assurance (IA) posture through: 
 
  
   IA ManagementFederal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) coordination and reportingRisk Management Framework (RMF) applicationIA compliance measurements and metricsAssessment and Authorization (A&A)Vulnerability ManagementCyber Defense supportThe Risk Management Framework - IA Trainer provides support to the customer in Cybersecurity policy, process, and tool training. Daily tasks include, but not limited to:
  
    Supporting the training team to provide IA training as directed by the GovernmentProviding support with the coordination and facilitation of training session planning, registration, delivery, and follow-upWorking with stakeholders and SMEs to create and update training materials as new Cyber/IA tools and capabilities are fielded or processes are created or modifiedWorking with customers to prepare agendas, marketing materials and content for the annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month (CAM) conducted every October as well as other quarterly CAM eventsSupporting training related to ServiceNow, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Continuous Monitoring, Privileged Users, Information Assurance, Information System Owner cyber responsibilities, etc.Participating in the development of new training topics, content and associated materials Qualifications
 
 
 Required: 
 BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2Must possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with PolyAble to support customer's core hours (0900-1500; Mon - Fri)Excellent communications skills - Verbal and Non-VerbalExperience training and presenting both in person and virtuallyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communications skillsSelf-starter working under general direction and supervisionExperience with the RMF Process Desired: 
 STEM degree or an advanced IA certification (i.e. CISSP or CASP)Experience supporting IC or DoD in the Cyber Security Domain with acquisition and project managementExperience as an ISSO, Information System Security Manager (ISSM), SCA, or Delegated Authorization Official Representative (DAOR)Experience with Service Now, and SplunkFamiliarity with credentialling, reciprocity and other access managementFamiliarity with the customer's training platformBasic Instructor certificateUnderstanding of cloud technologies and platforms EEO Statement
