Job Purpose:

The Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Specialist supports the on-going growth of digital and ecommerce marketing. This person is responsible for supporting the Shopper Strategy and Engagement team across retail and ecommerce in ecommerce content deployment, analytics and reporting for the Barilla & Wasa Brands. This role will work closely with the brand, shopper marketing and digital teams to ensure that in-market content represents brand positioning and best in class content examples across key Retailers like Amazon, Walmart and Kroger. The role will also have exposure to Shopper Marketing campaign development and execution inclusive of digital/retail media.



Key Accountabilities:

* Collaborate with Barilla & Wasa Brand teams as well as the Consumer Engagement team (specifically Digital Content Professional) to ensure content is current, consistent and best in class.
* Stay current on any new studies on effectiveness/sales results to ensure that Barilla is following Best in Class practices
* Consistent review and optimization of content health scores for key retailers
* Work with agency partners to ensure they are aware and have access to appropriate content
* Collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Ecommerce and retailer teams to ensure that content for retail customers is optimized
* Work closely with the Marketing Services team to ensure POS/display images are current and accessible
* Maintain updated ad packaging images outside of main syndication platforms
* Utilize Nielsen and other data sources as needed to understand the impact of in-market activation
* Other duties as assigned.



Desired Skills and Background:

* Bachelor's degree required.
* 2+ years Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Analyst experience required
* Previous Experience working across Digital Media and Ecommerce a plus
* Experience working with Nielsen Data and Data Analysis preferred
* Project management skills, experience managing multiple projects.
* High energy, strong communication and interpersonal skills to function effectively in a team environment.
* Commitment to results; ability to incorporate new learning into existing plans and act decisively.
* Strong ability to work in teams and build good working relationships
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Hybrid role: 70% in office & 30% remote
* Ability to travel - as needed

As of the date of this posting, the estimated pay range for this role is $65k-$68k. The actual pay for the position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity. This range may be subject to change over time.
