Overview

In this role, you'll be the guiding light for students navigating the FAFSA process, from start to finish. You'll ensure they have all the information and assistance they need to prepare for school, working collaboratively with campus teams and Admissions Representatives to deliver superior service. If you're a detail-oriented, empathetic individual with a knack for communication, this is the perfect opportunity to help shape futures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive online and telephonic support to students throughout the entire FAFSA application process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all FAFSA regulations in every student interaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to answer student inquiries and guide them through their academic journey.
  • Partner with campus teams and Admissions to deliver an exceptional student experience.
  • Support the organization's goal of timely FAFSA completion.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in customer service required; 1-2 years in Financial Aid or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Skills: Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel) and analytical abilities.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Preferred: Spanish speaking skills.
