We're looking for a Community Outreach/Admissions Coordinator to join our team! As a Community Outreach/Admission Coordinator, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include serving the main contact for all referrals, partnering with organizations and teams to meet with potential families seeking services and develop systems and procedures to monitor progress with growth.
